The first lady today met with officials of Nigerian Oceanographic Institute for Marine and Research purposes in Poland where she had gone to commission a training ship, She was pictured rubbing her hands while advocating the no handshake as a form of greeting over the deadly Ebola virus scare, I don't Blame her :)
