While we were all expecting some elaborate Silver Jubilee Anniversary of Dr. Emmanuel Uduaghan, (Delta State Governor) and his wife, Roli Udughan, we never knew wedding bells were  waiting to ring again 25 Years after they first rang.

Yesterday, (Wednesday, February 20, 2013) at First Baptist Church Warri, Governor Uduaghan and his wife renewed wedding vows publicly before Deltans, Nigerians, and the World.
